BEING IN ''JOSEPH'' TIDBITS:
I'd like to think I could take the time to jot down everything that happened from being in the Stake Musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, but that's just not going to happen. Too many memories have come and left my mind!
So I'm going to jot down tidbits of things about being in it that happened, and are still happening.
- When we quizzed the kids last night, they could name 10 out of 12 sons of Jacob. Not bad at all. And when we hinted at the first initial of the two they missed, they got them!
-Caillee Youngberg, Bree Attebury and Cassidy King became some of my kids' favorite NEW people from the play.
-Wray Kunz is now infamously "Joseph".
-We've had many discussions on evil.... and bad choices.... because I was Mrs. Potiphar.
-Grocery shopping today: Girls were singing Go Go down the aisles. They got several smiles.
-Catelyn and Landon made new friends.
-Who knew that Brooklyn would love center stage so much? If we couldn't find her after the show, we'd check the stage. She was there, 99% of the time, as if it her personal dressing room.
-They were bored many times, but once we started performing for a live audience, that ended.
-Brooklyn took to coming with me and my sheep during the opening song, and she loved it and so did I.
-The kids grew to love doing makeup. Well, maybe not Landon so much, but the girls for sure!
