Speaking Larsen

Brooklyn and Jocelyn were being so funny and silly on the recliner just a few days ago I had to snap some shots.  I hope they can get along and be friends for years to come. Brooklyn adores her sisters so far and both Catelyn and Jo Jo fight over whom Brooklyn loves most. Silly sisters.

Once again Landon had to go to the dentist.  Last time...was here , back in January. The cavity that we filled then had cracked and part of it had fallen out.  So he had to get a 're-do'.  I am so proud of him, as he did really well.    I hate that he is getting better at sitting there and opening his mouth and not being to scared because he is getting used to being there.  It's just wrong. He is a true little boy though and choose a whoopee cushion for his prize.  Shocker.

What a great time we had at Ross Park!   The kids were NOT one bit afraid of the water slide, much to my surprise.   And Brooklyn consumed more dum-dum suckers then I want to think about. What a way to spend a great summer day.  With friends, water, and a lazy river!

Recently my friend Serene blogged about adding water to a summer day, and she is spot on right. I hate that Idaho falls offers NOTHING great for water play.  Nope, we drive to Rigby, Rexburg, and Pocatello for water play.  So I am currently searching out a financial backer for my water park idea for the local people of IF. They will praise my name when I build the park of my dreams here. *hah* Anyway, enjoying the weather and the luxury of spray on sunscreen, here are the fish in my life: Candace, Erinn, Camille, Dana and Leslie and I braved the wonderland of Rigby Lake.  Now that was fun! Brooklyn's little buddy, Lucas, has it about right though.... at the end of a summer day at this "beach" I feel teh same way.

Celebrating on the 2nd and the 3rd was pretty great this year!  Did the same old, same old.  Parties, BBQs, Fireworks, Parade, Naps, and stuff.  The only thing different was that this year, we borrowed a bike and trailer (Thanks Kara!) for me and the little girls and biked in to get a seat down along the green belt.   It was so much fun to do as family. 

Well, we survived the season.  You two were pretty fun to watch and did a great job at playing on a team and cooperating and listening to your coaches!  Hope you enjoyed every minute of it as much as you seemed too.
