Speaking Larsen

The kid can photo-bomb, to say the least. And he's a little entrepreneur at heart.  On a lovely, warm spring day he asked me to help him sell lemonade after school.  I ended up making 3 pitchers for him, and he made $5.25 before I made him close up shop and come have dinner.   Then the cold returned, and it hasn't been warm at all since. So he's been unable to sell anything further.  Like cookies, he says.

I think we maybe overdid it a bit, with all the fun, that is.  But who cares.  Parks, shopping, movies, milkshakes, flip flops, cousins, rides and colored chalk flying everywhere and more...

Kyle let him write a check the other day.  My only regret was that I didn't photograph the check and his handwriting!  Dang!  He thought he was SOOOO COOL.  I'm not sure why Kyle thought this would be a good idea, but it was funny nonetheless and the kid loved it.  For Catelyn's birthday, the boy made a bunch of signs for her: Then, here's some plain old art work....   The kid cracks me up.  Right now, he's in full swing for making his first Pine Wood Derby car.  Can't wait to post some photos of that!

That's right.  She's officially big.... or a least she thinks she is. Brooklyn's sassy as all get out, but when she's snuggly, the sass melts away and you can't help but fall in love with her all over again.
