We actually received some snow, and the girls were more than eager to go out in it.
Jocelyn was the funniest however, as she ran through the sprinkler of snow the snow blower made.
And when they came inside, we dance the rest of the morning away, spinning in circles for a half hour.
And we had a fabulous FHE with Compassion Fruit Pizzas. The Furniss family joined us and the kids had a blast!
Brooklyn's got a bit of hair. Enough to mention, anyway.
See, there.
It's just a tiny pony, but still.
Also you'll see my kids teaching a FHE lesson about the Tree of Life. I'm glad that our FHE lessons are sinking in a bit. What a thing to watch them teach each other, even if it's not quite doctrinally correct. It's okay if there are bad guys, a river of fun, and silly monkeys in the great and spacious building.
And Landon started YMCA basketball. His little team has a few girls and a handicapped kid, and I tell ya, it's a wonderful thing to see these kids work together and have good attitudes. Sure, they can't dribble and are ball hawgs to boot, but it's the best thing to watch.
And Landon's pretty decent for his age too. His little buddy Cooper, who is pretty good too, but on a different team, said that at recess Landon's one of the best basketball players. Least that what he told his dad, and his dad told me.
Cute kids.

Catelyn's been reading- I think she's finished every book Santa gave her. She's grown so tall that she desperately needs new pants and shirts. She has her first dance competition coming this Saturday- Feb. 11. She's been practicing hard, and seems ready. I am excited to watch her.
And other than that, January flew by!
