Speaking Larsen

CATELYN-nervous, but then loved it! She didn't want to stop! LANDON- said No, then I made him come with me, just the two of us. Then he loved it too! JOCELYN-didn't really like it. Even after a few minutes, she still didn't like it.

Jocelyn really enjoyed herself, but constantly was busy. She just couldn't seem to sit still long enough. Leave to Grandma to SPOIL you guys rotten. But, hey, that is a grandma's favorite thing to do, and we really are glad she can. Now this shot, almost made my blog, but I will post it here. If not, you can't even tell we are at the Rodeo! Had to have ice cream, and popcorn, and water, and and and..... You guys never stopped begging for treats and candy. Took the cotton candy home with us.

Landon: "Mom, I want a brother, like Isaac." Catelyn: "Mom, I can't wait that long to see J.J." Jocelyn: "isssdaddy?" Translations: Landon just really wants his little friend Isaac to be his brother I think. Catelyn is freaking out that we have 4 more days until we go to Utah, and she really doesn't think she can wait that long. JoJo is really starting to pick up in language, and now truly asks , "Where is Daddy?" and I answer honestly and she always replies with "OH". It's really sweet.

Yes, it's super funny, but true. Jocelyn has discovered that she really does want to be included. No matter what. Who wants a fruit snack? "ME!" Who wants to play outside? "ME!" Who wants to take a bath? "ME!" Who wants to clean their room? "ME!" She totally raises her hand as high as possible too, while screeching out a big, "ME!" She is rapidly adding new words now, finally, and trying to repeat things we ask her to say. Her little list of words is on the side bar. It's fun to finally start listening to her voice her thoughts.

"ROBOT, ROBOT....I want a drinky....ROBOT, ROBOT." Yes, this is what he has been saying lately. Lot's of "robot" repeating, while moving his hands in the typical robot way, all while saying it in a monotone voice. Very cute.

So recently I went to take photos of a friend and her family. I let Catelyn come with me, as she likes their daughter quite a bit. In the car on the way, she said, " Why are we taking Sadee's family picture? Does her mom scrapbook?" Because you can only take photos if you scrapbook.... "Oh, Catelyn. What are you learning from me???!!!!" was my mental reply.

I have been wanting individual photos of my three gems, and finally I got them!
